BILOXI — A man sought in a 20-year-old murder case in Miami County, Ind., has been arrested with the help of Biloxi police investigators.Timothy Jerome Jimerson, 52, had left DNA at the scene of the 1992 murder of 27-year-old Toni Spicer, but routine DNA analysis was not available then, said Bruce Embrey, Miami County prosecuting attorney.
