Four strands of hair may be the key to uncovering the identity of a serial killer who murdered at least four children in an unsolved case from the 1970s.
A forensics team began re-investigating the deaths in 2005, using new technology to try to find the Oakland County Child Killer, who went on the rampage for 13 months.
