DNA Sampling for More Criminals Possible

A bill was introduced at the Statehouse this week that would help police keep better track of criminals, maybe even solve crimes quicker. But not everyone’s on board with it.

Lawmaker Wants To Expand DNA Crime Database

DES MOINES, Iowa — Investigators routinely use DNA to solve criminal cases in Iowa and now lawmakers want to expand the number of people being added to that DNA database in hopes of solving even more crimes.
