IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — An Idaho State Police official says there are more than 6,000 DNA samples from convicted felons waiting to be processed and entered in state and national DNA Index Systems.

AURORA | In recent months, local residents hoping for justice in some of the state’s more than 1,700 cold cases have seen some positive steps forward.
